How do you configure different networks in Hardhat?
← All Hardhat questions
Re-explain
Networks are configured in the hardhat.config.js file under the networks object:
module.exports = {
networks: {
localhost: {
url: "http://127.0.0.1:8545"
},
goerli: {
url: "https://goerli.infura.io/v3/YOUR_INFURA_KEY",
accounts: [PRIVATE_KEY]
},
mainnet: {
url: "https://mainnet.infura.io/v3/YOUR_INFURA_KEY",
accounts: [PRIVATE_KEY],
gasPrice: 20000000000
}
}
};
You can then deploy to specific networks using: npx hardhat run scripts/deploy.js --network goerli
