We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. All subscription plans are billed either monthly or yearly in advance, depending on your selected billing cycle.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these terms. If you choose a yearly subscription plan, you commit to paying for the full year, even if you cancel your subscription before the end of the year.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal fees.
We will send you a reminder email before your subscription renews. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription through your account settings before the renewal date.
We may offer free trial periods for our subscription plans. When a free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the free trial period ends. You will be charged the subscription fee for the plan you selected at the time you started the free trial.
You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. When you upgrade, you will be charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is allowed and will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current subscription when downgrading.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current subscription period.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time for violation of these terms or our general Terms of Service. If we cancel your subscription due to a violation, no refund will be issued.
We use Stripe as our payment processor. Your payment information is securely stored and processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and security standards. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again within the next few days. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the price change takes effect. The price change will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle after the notification period.
If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. By continuing to use the service after the price change takes effect, you agree to the new prices.
Subscription fees do not include taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying all such taxes, levies, or duties associated with your subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including your billing information and email address. If your payment method fails or your email address changes, and we are unable to process your payment or contact you, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we discontinue a service or feature that is part of your subscription, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period related to that service or feature.
