What's the difference between computed properties and methods?

Computed Properties:
- Cached based on dependencies
- Only re-evaluate when dependencies change
- Should be pure functions (no side effects)
- Accessed like properties
Methods:
- Execute every time they're called
- Can have side effects
- Called like functions
- Good for event handlers and actions
